SCP-096 is a humanoid creature that appears to be extremely sensitive to any visual contact with its face. When someone views SCP-096's face, it will enter a state of extreme agitation and then proceed to relentlessly pursue and kill the individual who viewed it. SCP-096 is known for its incredible speed and strength, making it nearly impossible to escape once it has been provoked. The Foundation has strict protocols in place to prevent accidental viewing of SCP-096's face and to contain it safely. **

A parking brake, also known as a handbrake or emergency brake, is a secondary braking system in a vehicle that is used to prevent the vehicle from moving when parked. It is typically a lever or pedal that when engaged, applies the brakes to the rear wheels only, helping to keep the vehicle stationary. The parking brake is separate from the main braking system and is often used in conjunction with the transmission's park position to provide extra security when parked on a slope or for extended periods of time. **

The choice between a handbrake and an electronic parking brake ultimately comes down to personal preference and the specific features of the vehicle. Handbrakes are traditional and offer a tactile feel, while electronic parking brakes are often more convenient and can offer additional safety features such as automatic engagement. Some drivers may prefer the simplicity of a handbrake, while others may appreciate the modern technology and ease of use of an electronic parking brake. Ultimately, both options can effectively secure a parked vehicle, so it's a matter of individual preference. **

The parking brake, also known as the handbrake or emergency brake, is a secondary braking system in a vehicle that is used to prevent the vehicle from moving when parked. It is typically a lever or pedal that, when engaged, applies the brakes to the rear wheels, holding the vehicle in place. The parking brake is especially useful when parking on a slope or when the vehicle is stationary for an extended period of time. It is important to use the parking brake in addition to the regular brakes to ensure the vehicle remains secure. **

The message "parking brake limit reached" typically indicates that the parking brake has been engaged too many times or for an extended period, potentially causing overheating or damage to the brake system. It serves as a warning to the driver to release the parking brake and allow it to cool down before using it again. Ignoring this message could lead to further damage to the brake system and compromise the vehicle's safety. **

To release the parking brake, first, locate the parking brake lever or pedal. If it's a lever, push the button on the end of the lever while pulling up on it to release the brake. If it's a pedal, press down on the pedal to release the brake. Make sure the vehicle is in park or neutral before releasing the parking brake to prevent any sudden movement. **

If a blind person is exposed to SCP-096, they would not be able to trigger its hostile reaction by seeing its face. However, they could still potentially provoke SCP-096 by making direct eye contact with it or viewing its face through other means, such as through a photograph or video. It is important to keep in mind that SCP-096's abilities and reactions are not solely based on visual stimuli, so caution should still be taken to prevent any accidental exposure. **
